76 Seventh Graders Study at Pali Institute

76 seventh Grade Students and three teachers went to PALI Science Camp recently for a 2-night/3-day science experience.  During the day students participated in outdoor science classes focused environmental awareness as well as science content knowledge. Students had the opportunity to gain leadership and team building skills with high and low ropes courses and a quad zip line. At night the students went on hikes and participated in astronomy lesson and sat in front of campfires making smores.  The kids also enjoyed the food and camp counselors. Located in the San Bernardino Mountains, Pali Institute offers a customizable outdoor education program for grades 4 – 12. The mission at Pali Institute is to introduce experiential education to young people by providing progressive learning experiences that extend far beyond classroom walls. Through their innovative curriculum and professional outdoor staff, students experience the thrill of seeing, touching and learning about the world around them.
