Pink Patch Project Addressed at City Council Meeting

South Pasadena Police Department Detective Andy Dubois, left, and Corporal Craig Phillips  addressed the City Council last week regarding the 2016 Pink Patch Project, a collaboration cancer awareness fundraiser in partnership with the Los Angeles County Police Chief’s Association and many other L.A. County Police Agencies. The goal of the project is to raise funds to further the research, treatment, and care of those who are and have battled cancer. Equally important during this time is to educate the public about the early detection and prevention. The collective effort of law enforcement throughout Los Angeles County during this endeavor is expected to yield a tremendous amount of support from many in the community.  Commemorative  pink patches ($10) are available at the South Pasadena Police Department, 1422 Mission Street in the city. For more information, contact Andy Dubois at for further details.
