SPMS 7th Graders Voices are Heard

Students at South Pasadena Middle School reacted to the November 2016 elections by re-purposing political yard signs and re-painting them with messages of positivity, tolerance and inclusivity. They appear along the grass parkway on Fair Oaks Avenue in front of the school. Art teacher Denise Tanaka said, “The seventh graders wanted to help contribute their voices visually to our community and passers-by in a positive way.”
