DRUNK IN PUBLIC

8-27-19, 10:51 p.m. to 11 p.m., 1000 block of Mission. Officer on patrol contacts subject and finds subject to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 22 years, Buena Park.

9-1-19, 3:55 a.m. to 4:21 a.m., 1800 block of State. Officer responds to a call of a subject attempting to break into an apartment. Officer contacts subject and finds subject to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 33 years, South Pasadena.

9-2-19, 2:07 a.m. to 2:20 a.m., Diamond/Mission. Officer on patrol makes contact with an unconscious subject and finds the subject to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 34 years, South Pasadena.

THEFT

8-28-19, 1:05 p.m. to 1:27 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect take loss and leave store without paying. Officers locate suspect walking away from store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 58 years, Compton. LOSS: Alcohol.

8-28-19, 11:09 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect take loss and leave store without paying. Officers locate suspect walking away from store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 35 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Alcohol, candy.

8-29-19, 2:17 p.m. to 2:32 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect take loss and leave store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 48 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Water bottle, razor blades.

7-27-19, 1:10 a.m. to 2:10 a.m. ’01 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: Unknown.

8-31-19, 6:30 p.m. to 9-1-19, 7 a.m. 300 block of Pasadena. ’16 Honda Pilot. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Key fob.

9-1-19, 5:54 p.m. to 6:32 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect take loss and leave store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, White, 33 years, San Pedro. LOSS: Food and drink items.

9-1-19, 6:27 p.m. to 6:40 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employees see suspect take loss and leave store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 29 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Food items.

8-28-19, 10:30 p.m. to 8-29-19, 12 p.m., 200 block of Beacon. Suspect takes loss from victim’s bedroom. LOSS: Cell phone.

9-2-19, 8:31 p.m. to 8:51 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect take loss and exit store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 48 years, Monrovia. LOSS: Food items.

VANDALISM

8-28-19, 2:33 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., 1400 block of Monterey. Suspect sprays graffiti on victim’s wall. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 38 years, Transient.

8-31-19, 12:50 a.m. to 1:55 a.m., 800 block of El Centro. Suspect covers victim’s vehicle with fire extinguisher powder and various liquids. Suspect also damages victim’s light fixture. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 29 years, Transient.

STOLEN VEHICLE

8-29-19, 7:33 a.m. to 8 a.m., 1000 block of Fremont. ’01 Nissan Sentra.

9-1-19, 7:40 a.m. to 8:07 a.m., 300 block of Pasadena. ’19 Hyundai Tuscon.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

8-27-19, 12:01 a.m. to 8-28-19, 10 a.m., 500 block of Prospect. Suspect makes an unauthorized withdrawal from victim’s bank account. Suspect also opens an unauthorized credit account with victim’s information.

8-29-19, 5 p.m. to 8-30-19, 5 p.m., 200 block of Camino Del Sol. Victim contacts suspect after receiving a voice recording from someone claiming to be from Apple. Suspect claimed that victim had issues with her i-Cloud account and instructed victim to leave her computer on while suspect accessed it. Suspect then makes unauthorized purchases with victim’s account.

TRESPASSING

8-31-19, 4:45 a.m. to 5:14 a.m., 200 block of Oaklawn. Victim is inside residence when victim hears water splashing coming from the swimming pool. Victim sees suspect swimming in pool and calls police. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 30 years, Transient.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

8-31-19, 3:14 p.m. to 3:42 p.m., 1100 block of Huntington. Suspect attempts to gain entry into victim’s garage. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 60 years.
