These Kids Can Really ‘Rock’ It

Theatre 360 Performers Cast in ‘School of Rock’ This Weekend

37

Theatre 360 proudly presents the Los Angeles premiere of “School of Rock” opening this weekend.  Based on the 2003 movie, “School of Rock” follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn a few bucks by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. Completely disinterested in academic work, Dewey decides to create his own curriculum, turning his class into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band.

The cast is comprised of students who take classes at Theatre 360 and are pursuing their dream of becoming professional actors and, as in the Broadway production, the Theatre 360 students will be playing live on stage!

Putting on fantastic, professional-level productions are just a facet of what Theatre 360 provides to the community. T360 is a nationally recognized children’s theatre group that provides students ages 3 – 19 with a performing arts education. Offering up to 18 or more reasonably priced classes 3 times a year for 10 to 12 week sessions as well as a myriad of summer camps, Theatre 360 has something for everyone – from the beginner to the expert.
