A 30-year-old Pomona woman was arrested on suspicion of burglary after allegedly being found rummaging through a carport in the 1300 block of Fremont Avenue at 6:04 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 3.

A Ford Focus sedan was recovered by the Los Angeles Police Department Central Division after being reported stolen from where it was parked in the 1100 block of Columbia Street sometime from 8:41-9:28 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2.

A motorist reported that two women created a distraction to steal the victim’s wallet in a parking lot in the 600 block of Fair Oaks Avenue at 12:20 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 6. The victim said one woman — described as Hispanic with a medium build and brown hair with golden highlights, in her 20s, standing 5 feet, 7 inches, weighing 130 pounds and wearing a bronze crop top with light brown leggings — frantically pointed beneath the victim’s vehicle as if something was underneath, and when the victim rolled down the window, a second woman reached in and grabbed the wallet. Numerous fraudulent transactions were made with the victim’s bank cards.

Social Security cards and birth certificates were reported stolen from an unlocked Honda Insight parked in the 1500 block of Laurel Street between 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, and 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27.

Catalytic converters were reported stolen from the following vehicles:
• A Honda Odyssey minivan parked in the 1100 block of Fremont Avenue between 5:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 31, and 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2
• A Toyota Prius parked in the 1400 block of Stratford Avenue sometime from noon to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2
• A Toyota Prius parked in the 700 block of Charter Oak Street between 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, and 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6

A bicycle was reported stolen from where it was locked in the 1100 block of Hope Street between 1:10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, and 2:10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29.

An unidentified man was seen taking a package from a front porch at a home in the 1400 block of Milan Avenue at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1. He was described as white or Hispanic with a husky build and wearing a black hat, surgical face covering, black short sleeve T-shirt and blue jeans.

An unidentified man was seen taking a package from the front porch of a home in the 1300 block of Monterey Road at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2. He was described as wearing a baseball cap and face mask and was seen driving a gray sedan.

A cellphone was reported stolen from an unlocked Tesla Model 3 parked in the 200 block of St. Albans Avenue sometime from 11:30-11:50 a.m. Monday, Jan. 31.

A debit card was reported stolen from an unlocked Dodge Journey SUV parked in the 1100 block of Hope Street between 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, and 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2. The card was later used for several fraudulent transactions.

Sunglasses and a wallet containing an ID card and money were reported stolen from an unlocked Toyota RAV4 SUV parked in the 1100 block of Hope Street between 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, and 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2.

Mail was reported stolen from a mailbox in that 1300 block of Indiana Avenue that was pried open sometime from 1-4 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2.

An unidentified woman was seen shoplifting flowers and sandwiches from Vons on Fair Oaks Avenue at 4:02 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 6. She was described as Hispanic with a light complexion and dark hair in a ponytail, in her late 40s, standing between 5 feet, 4 inches and 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds and wearing a pink sport top with black leggings. She was seen leaving in a white Honda Civic.

Two unidentified men driving a dark pickup truck were seen taking a ladder after cutting it from where it was locked in the 1100 block of Fair Oaks Avenue at 5:57 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25.

A 41-year-old South Pasadena woman was arrested on suspicion of assault after allegedly striking a police officer with a cellphone while responding to a welfare check at the woman’s home at 6:02 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4.

A 31-year-old man from St. Albans, N.Y., was arrested on suspicion of fraud after allegedly trying to use a fraudulent credit card and ID to buy jewelry at a store in the 700 block of Fair Oaks Avenue at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1.

A 58-year-old Altadena man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after police responded to a report of people being involved in narcotics activity at 10:11 a.m. in the 400 block of Oaklawn Avenue.

A 36-year-old La Cañada Flintridge woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public after police responded to a report of a disturbance at 12:23 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, in the 900 block of Diamond Avenue.
