HAIR: Dark colored pulled in a bun
CLOTHING: Black jacket, blue pants, white sneakers.
LOSS: Parcel package ($20.00 value).
On 1-16-19, at about 2:57 PM, the above suspect walked up the front porch of the victim’s residence in the 900 block of Monterey Road, South Pasadena, CA and took a parcel package. Suspect then walked away with loss. 19-0143PR
