Brahms Chamber Music Festival Comes to Library July 7-14

The Summer of Brahms Chamber Music Festival will be presented July 7-14 at 7:30 p.m. by the New Hollywood String Quartet in association with the Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library and the Restoration Concerts. The concerts will be held on the Carnegie Stage in the Community Room of the South Pasadena Public Library at 1115 El Centro St., South Pasadena.
All 25 instrumental chamber works of Johannes Brahms will be performed over eight consecutive days by virtuoso musicians Boris Allakhverdyan, Margaret Batjer, Bernadena Blaha, Robert Brophy, Martin Chalifour, Chen-Yen Chen, Robert deMaine, Rohan de Silva, Lynn Harrell, Cho-Liang Lin, Paul Neubauer, Johanna Nowick, Amy Jo Rhine, Rafael Rishik, Tereza Stanislav, Andrew Shulman, Robert Thies, Steven Vanhauwaert, Paul Watkins and Orion Weiss.
