Rich Hinman plays pedal steel and electric guitar and has worked with the likes of Sara Bareilles, Rosanne Cash, and K.D. Lang. His nuanced, emotional playing has been featured at the Blue Guitar as Rich Hinman vs. Adam Levy. This time he will be alongside highly regarded keyboardist, Larry Goldings. Larry is an in-demand musician known for his hard-swinging, post-bop and funky organ jazz. In the early ’90s, he established himself as a premier soloist on the New York scene. A stream of acclaimed albums includes 2007’s Grammy-nominated Saudades with Jack DeJohnette and John Scofield. A longtime touring member of James Taylor’s band, he has been sought out by a wide array of performers including Norah Jones, Madeleine Peyroux, and Maceo Parker. Joining Rich and Larry is drummer Barbara Gruska who has toured and recorded with the likes of Fiona Apple, Chrissie Hynde, Ray Lamontagne, Neko Case, and Elvis Costello.
