The South Pasadena Firefighters Association is planning to host its first annual charity spaghetti dinner on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Fire Station 81, located at 817 Mound Ave.

All proceeds will be donated to The City of Hope Breast Cancer Research.

Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at the fire station, or on the day of the event at the door. Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children under 8 years old.

The event will consist of a full spaghetti dinner with pasta, salad, ice cream and more. Also, the event will have a raffle for prizes from local businesses.

Breast-cancer awareness T-shirts, sponsored by Ellen’s Silkscreening, will be available for sale at the event as well.
