Just in time for spring, Laurie Hendricks will be displaying colorful still life and Plein Air paintings at Peltier Home located on Mission Street in South Pasadena and close to the Metro train station. “Every Spring I get excited by all the colors of the landscape, and the air has a special quality that is not always present” states Ms. Hendricks. “Painting outdoors is always fun, and there is no lack of subjects in the San Gabriel Valley.”
Peltier Home, while getting ready for the Pasadena Showcase House, found time to freshen up the store with new paintings and lots of Spring colors. At the upcoming South Pasadena Eclectic Music Festival and Art Walk on Saturday, April 28, 2018, in addition to Laurie Hendricks’ original art work there will be Yalos Murano glass pieces! According to Amy Peltier, “we also have tons of new accessories right now, so it is a good time to pick up something for your home. We are excited to have our first show featuring Laurie’s art work, I see her pieces in a number of my client’s homes, and can always tell her style.”
