The South Pasadena City Council honored departing Police Chief Art Miller Wednesday night. Miller has been with the department as police chief for more than five years. He going to take over the top job of a department with about 200 sworn officers while So Pas has 36. Before taking over the So Pas position as chief, he was the captain of the Metro Division at the LAPD; considered one of the busiest jobs on the department.
