
South Pasadena Police Chief Arthur Miller reported to the Public Safety Commission Monday morning that crime in almost every category dropped significantly from 2016 to 2017, most significantly in the areas of Burglary and Larceny, where the percentages fell 22 and 29 percent, respectively.
