THEFT

• 11-27-19, 12:40 p.m. to 11-27-19, 1:07 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employees see suspect place loss in a bag and exit store without paying. Officer locates suspect in store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 52, Los Angeles. LOSS: Miscellaneous items (recovered).

• 11-27-19, 6:41 p.m. to 7:18 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect place loss in a backpack and exit store without paying. Officers locate suspect in store and find suspect in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, white, 44, Los Angeles. LOSS: Foil (recovered).

• 11-30-19, 5:56 p.m. to 6:11 p.m., 1300 block of Huntington (T-Mobile). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect remove loss from security devices. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 20, wearing a tan jacket, dark denim jeans and beanie. LOSS: Smartwatches.

• 12-1-19, 11:24 p.m. to 11:53 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect place loss in a wheelchair and exit store without paying. Officers locate suspect outside store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, white, 45, Reseda. LOSS: Medication (recovered).

• 12-2-19, 9:44 a.m. to 11:13 a.m., 00 block of Monterey. Suspect(s) break open mailboxes and take loss. LOSS: Mail.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

11-27-19, 11:08 p.m. to 11:28 p.m., 1200 block of Fair Oaks. Officer responds to a disturbance call and finds subject to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, white, 62, Los Angeles.

DUI

• 11-29-19, 12:14 a.m. to 1 a.m., Meridian/Mission. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, white, 28, Stanton.

• 11-29-19, 4:40 a.m. to 5:32 a.m., 300 block of Orange Grove. Officers respond to a disabled vehicle blocking the road and find the driver to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, black, 27, Los Angeles.

GRAND THEFT AUTO

11-29-19, 6:30 p.m. to 11-30-19, 8 a.m., 4900 block of Harriman. ’01 Dodge Ram 2500. Suspect enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and attempts to steal it.

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA

11-30-19, 10:34 a.m. to 11:06 a.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks. Officer on patrol contacts subject in a vehicle to check on his well-being and finds subject to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a credit-card reader. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Asian, 53, Carson.

AUTO BURGLARY

• 11-29-19, 10 p.m. to 11-30-19, 1 p.m., 4900 block of Harriman. ’06 Toyota Tacoma. Suspect(s) enter victim’s vehicle through unknown means and take loss. LOSS: Car battery.

• 12-1-19, 8 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., 600 block of Stoney. ’17 Subaru Forester. Suspect shatters victim’s car window and takes loss. LOSS: Purse, ID, bank cards.

TRESPASSING

12-2-19, 5:34 a.m. to 5:47 a.m., 1000 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect enters business after being told not to return. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, black, 49, transient.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

12-2-19, 11:59 p.m. to 12-3-19, 12:20 a.m., 900 block of Mission. Officer on patrol contacts subject and finds subject in possession of methamphetamine. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, white, 36, transient.
