During the December meeting of the Woman’s Club of South Pasadena, a  special Certificate of  Recognition from Congresswoman Judy Chu was presented by Mavis Hansen (l) of the Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition to Club President, Mary Cox.  The certificate was in recognition of the “Woman’s Club’s High Standards of Excellence and Achievements on Being one of the top contributors in this year’s Domestic Violence Awareness Drive and commitment to providing resources to support women in need”  The Woman’s Club collected over 40 bags and cartons of clothing and items for women and children in shelters and is a major supporter of the Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Program in the Greater San Gabriel Valley.


Harry Yadav has served as the Editor of the South Pasadena Review since January of 2018. Born and raised in South Pasadena, Harry graduated from South Pasadena High School in 2012, where he played golf and basketball and wrote for the Tiger newspaper. In 2016, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
